Job Overview

A prominent Architectural Firm, focusing on diverse projects including mixed-use developments, multifamily housing, retail spaces, dining establishments, and residential designs, is in search of a Lead Project Architect dedicated to achieving design excellence. This role involves overseeing architectural projects that create significant and valuable spaces.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Project Architect will:

  • Design and manage project teams while ensuring effective client communication.
  • Coordinate project documentation with structural, MEP, AV, and civil engineering teams.
  • Drive projects towards successful completion, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in designing retail, dining, shopping centers, residential, and mixed-use projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related 3D software, along with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office 365.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Self-motivation to ensure timely project completion.
  • A focus on meeting deadlines and budgetary requirements.
