Position Title :
Lead Systems Architect

Position Location :

Key Responsibilities:


  • Offer technical expertise in assessing and refining data protection policies and their effectiveness. Develop and revise standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of production systems, including media agents and various data protection targets.
  • Assist in customer recovery requests involving various systems and databases. Define project requirements and architecture.
  • Support planning, design, and evaluation of hardware and software to enhance the overall Enterprise Data Protection & Recovery System.
  • This role may require shift work to ensure 24/7 support and occasional travel to various operational sites.

Required Experience (minimum) :

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in data protection systems.

Required Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills :

  • Proficiency in evaluating, implementing, and managing data protection software and systems.
  • Experience in managing enterprise data protection and recovery systems.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics to a diverse audience.
  • Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve network and operating system issues.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and cloud technologies.

Desired Skills :

  • Knowledge of virtualization technologies and cloud solutions.
  • Understanding of IT security protocols and encryption methods.
  • Familiarity with data storage technologies and disaster recovery procedures.

Required Clearance :

  • U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
  • Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain Federal Government security clearances.
