Requirements
  • Strong Communications Skills: Excellent written, public speaking, and media appearance skills, with the ability to relate effectively to employees, patrons, donors, and partners.
  • Financial Competency: Ability to create and maintain budgets, and to report financial information in detail to the Board of Directors.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to forge strong relationships with prospective donors, sponsors, partners, and collaborators.
  • Artistic Knowledge: Knowledge of a wide variety of art disciplines and a sense of the art community's needs and desires.
  • Event Planning: Experience in planning and scheduling large and recurring events.
  • Team Management: Proven experience in team management and project oversight.
