Sales Account Executive

Position Overview:- Drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction by assisting clients in a professional and efficient manner.
- Manage counter sales and address diverse customer inquiries through multiple communication channels.
- Process customer orders, quotes, and bids accurately.
- Source products to fulfill orders and promote supplier offerings that deliver added value.
- Identify and engage potential customers to secure orders.
- Provide detailed product information using catalogs and promptly resolve customer issues.
- Boost sales through cross-selling, up-selling, and promotional initiatives.
- Offer customer support beyond regular hours and maintain comprehensive product knowledge.
- Analyze competitive pricing to ensure optimal service for our clients.
- Comply with company standards and uphold ethical practices.
- Ability to lift products weighing up to 70 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with inventory management, warehousing, and stocking processes.
- Technical knowledge of company products and effective sales techniques.
- Legally authorized to work in the US and able to pass a background check.
