- Associate/Bachelor's degree in law or related field.
- 5-10 years of legal administrative experience.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and editing various types of contracts.
- Strong business communication writing skills, including correct grammar and spelling.
- Versatile business engagement and initiative skills.
