Compliance Training Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Training Specialist to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing training programs that ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Expertise: Provide guidance on compliance-related matters, ensuring training materials and programs meet regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Training Development: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on compliance topics, company policies, and industry standards, adapting content to various learning styles.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify knowledge gaps and develop targeted initiatives to enhance compliance understanding and performance.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay informed on changes in relevant regulations and industry standards, updating training content and materials as needed.
  • Evaluation and Reporting: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations and feedback, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, legal, and operations, to ensure cohesive and effective compliance training and awareness.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and compliance documentation as required by regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Compliance, or Training).
  • Proven experience in training development and compliance, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant compliance regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on evaluating training effectiveness and compliance adherence.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training delivery tools.
