The Patient Access Representative II will play a vital role in supporting the departmental efficiencies at Insight Global by performing various administrative tasks. These tasks may include scheduling, patient registration, pre-admission, and admission processes, as well as managing reception and discharge functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the collection of complete and accurate patient demographic information.
- Employ proper and compliant patient liability collection techniques both before and after the date of service.
- Support the departmental efficiencies by performing various administrative tasks.
- Manage reception and discharge functions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Front-facing customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and complete administrative tasks.
- Proficiency in utilizing PC, CRT, printer, and Microsoft tools.
- Experience working in a medical facility, health insurance, or similar industry preferred.
