As a key member of our team, you will provide social-psycho therapeutic assessments, interventions, and counseling services to children and adult mental health clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans to address clients' mental health needs.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate with other professionals, supervisors, and agencies to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in mandatory clinical training and department meetings to enhance professional development.
- Assist with community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness.
- Master's degree in social work or a related field.
- LMHC/A, LMFT/A, LICSW/A preferred.
- Mental Health Professional (MHP) license.
- Active state of Washington counselor license.
- 2+ years of experience providing mental health counseling and case management services.
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing both English and Spanish.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and reliable transportation with insurance.
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 per year.
