Job Title: Psychiatric Provider Aide - Behavioral Health Specialist

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Provider Aide to join our Behavioral Health team in Mount Vernon, WA.

The Psychiatric Provider Aide will support psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas, working closely with mental health therapists and chemical dependency professionals to ensure continuity of care for clients. This role involves providing screenings and case management, as well as participating in the delivery of client services and coordination of community support services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical tasks
  • Work with mental health therapists and chemical dependency professionals to coordinate care
  • Provide screenings and case management
  • Participate in team meetings and client service delivery

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license from Washington State
  • CPR/BLS certification or obtain within 90 days
  • First Aid certification
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • No history of alcohol or other drug misuse
  • Washington State Driver's License
  • Familiarity with computer software desired
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
