Job Summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a leading provider of community-based healthcare services, is seeking a skilled Psychiatric Provider Aide to support our Behavioral Health Departments in Mount Vernon, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist psychiatric prescribers in administrative and clinical areas, ensuring seamless coordination of care for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with mental health therapists and chemical dependency professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct screenings and case management in coordination with other teams or parties involved in treatment.
  • Participate actively as a team member in the delivery of client services and coordination of community support services.
  • Ensure agency compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and contracts.
  • Prepare charts, prescription refill requests, and other necessary paperwork for psychiatric prescribers.
  • Maintain accurate records of medication storage, dispensation, and waste logs in accordance with Sea Mar policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License from Washington State.
  • Current CPR/BLS card or obtain one within 90 days of employment.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • No history or evidence of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years immediately prior to being hired.
  • Washington State Driver's License required.
  • Familiarity with computer software desired.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background screening.
