The successful candidate will perform financial screenings and provide account management for behavioral health clients. This role is an active member of the behavioral health team in the delivery of client services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial screenings and provide account management for behavioral health clients
- Assist with phone coverage and clerical duties as assigned
- Collaborate with the behavioral health team to deliver client services
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree or two years of closely related work experience
- Computer proficiency and customer service skills required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
