Client Relations Executive

{"Overview": "At Mercy Medical Center Redding, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Relations Executive to join our team. As a field-based business development representative, you will play a critical role in achieving our organization's objectives by consistently meeting referral and admission volume expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and grow current market share, while identifying new sources of business to support our branch's business plan.

In this role, you will work closely with our Director, Business Development; Regional Vice President, Market Development; or Vice President, Sales and branch Director, Operations to develop and execute specific strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets, patient experience, and profitability goals.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets, patient experience, and profitability goals
* Maintain and grow current market share
* Identify new sources of business to support the branch's business plan
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of one year of related sales experience
* Healthcare professional credential, Bachelor's degree or comparable business experience
* Excellent sales, customer service, and persuasive abilities
* Strong knowledge of computer-based applications, including Google Workspace and territory management systems
* Excellent time management, organizational, administrative, and presentation skills

**Preferred Requirements:**

* Experience in a healthcare/medical field or patient transportation
* Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and business
