Position: Regional Sales Executive

Location: Northern California

Position Overview:
The Regional Sales Executive is tasked with the promotion and sale of products to diverse customer segments within the designated region. This position focuses on meeting sales targets, nurturing relationships with key clients, and providing essential support to fulfill regional demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with distributors, architects, agencies, engineers, contractors, and construction firms to advocate for products and deliver support.
- Gain market insights to aid in budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies.
- Comply with expense budgets and execute sales initiatives established by management.
- Keep management updated on significant market developments.
- Prepare reports and participate in sales meetings.
- Analyze plans and specifications for projects and offer necessary assistance.
- Generate quotes and monitor projects through to completion.
- Conduct site visits to ensure client satisfaction and provide solutions to issues.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and educational seminars.
- Assist in evaluating product quality and managing credits.
- Address customer grievances and foster positive client relations.
- Engage in industry associations, conventions, and trade exhibitions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Up to five years of experience in construction management or architecture, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in interpreting business documents.
- Capable of performing basic mathematical calculations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using standard office equipment and computer systems.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Ability to perform physical tasks with up to 60% travel required.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Regular attendance is essential.
- Work is conducted in an office setting with moderate noise levels.
