Bizowie, a leading provider of cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of our new business pipeline, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the sales cycle from initial customer prospecting to product selection and implementation handoff.
  • Professionally interact with prospective customers, answering questions, gathering customer needs, qualifying opportunities, and setting appointments for customer and product fit assessment.
  • Follow up with prospective customers throughout all stages of the sales cycle, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Lead the customer through a product demonstration relevant to their verbalized key requirements and current bottlenecks.
  • Thoroughly document all sales activities in our CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Identify new sales prospects via provided lead channels and database research, leveraging industry insights to drive growth.
  • Resolve customer concerns with features and benefits within the software platform, providing clear and concise solutions.
  • Prepare customers for what to expect during an ERP implementation with Bizowie, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Provide clean handoffs to the implementation team, including high-level customer requirements and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study or 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to flexibly interact with prospects via various communication channels.
  • Technically adept and able to understand our ERP platform in its entirety.
  • Self-starter with the ability and willingness to understand, translate, and document a customer's unique business processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to properly qualify potential customers to ensure a proper fit from both the software and customer perspective.
  • Ability to identify and communicate with the key decision maker(s) early in the sales process.
  • Ability to take instruction and run with feedback from leadership team in all aspects of the sales process.
  • Willingness to adopt new processes and changes as the organization sees fit.
  • Strong ability to work within a team environment with a singular vision.
