Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our Sales team in the PA/WV region. As a Business Development Representative, you will receive comprehensive training on our consultative sales process and have the opportunity to work alongside a team of experienced sales professionals who will help enhance your natural abilities and cultivate your sales strategies and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow sales territory by 20% year over year and improve margins by 3%.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers to meet sales goals and provide accurate quotes.
  • Follow-up on outstanding opportunities within the power generation market.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • Sales, marketing, or relevant experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in direct or outside sales a plus.
  • College education is not required, but it is a plus. High school diploma or Vo-Tech certificate will be considered.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must live in the PA/WV area.
  • Must be able to travel locally.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
