We are seeking a strategic thinker who can excel as a Strategic Talent Partnerships Manager.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to foster strong relationships with talented individuals, supporting multiple departments and teams in achieving their goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to build strong relationships with talented individuals.
  • Provide exceptional communication and collaboration skills to support multiple departments and teams.
  • Take ownership of scheduling and keeping track of routine talent calls/in-person meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records and documents, including admin, contract, and accounting files.
  • Ensure timely completion of DMCA reports and related tasks.
  • Design engaging marketing decks for meetings and presentations.
  • Coordinate with affiliate partners to drive business growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with strategy team members to develop talent content guides and livestream guides.
  • Assist with talent performance updates, talent communication, and weekly checklists.

Talent Relations:

  • Gift talented individuals on special occasions.
  • Create engaging social media posts for birthdays.
  • Prepare for talent meetings by arranging logistics and amenities.
  • Take notes during calls/meetings and relay relevant information.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Identify and source new talents.
  • Track referrals from partners.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and location.
