">About the Role
">We are seeking a Strategic Client Partnerships Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our client-facing group, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive growth and success.
">Responsibilities

Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic recommendations to optimize their FactSet experience
">">Develop and execute customized training programs to enhance client knowledge and skills
">">Analyze client feedback and use insights to inform product development and improve overall client satisfaction
">">Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that benefit both clients and the organization
">">Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings
">">Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
">">Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client information in our database
">">Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices
">">Contribute to cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve processes, and enhance the overall client experience
">">Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree conferred by May 2025 or equivalent work experience
">">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and approach challenges from multiple angles
">">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
">">Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and willingness to learn new tools and technologies
">">Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
">">Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
">">Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results
">">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

">">Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
