Job Overview

The Appointment Coordinator is a key member of our dealership team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless scheduling experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule service and/or sales appointments with precision and attention to detail
  • Answer and route calls, take messages, and transfer to voicemail while providing top-notch customer service
  • May greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate department or person
  • Provide general assistance to guests and maintain a professional appearance
  • Accurately maintain electronic and manual filing systems
  • Follow attendance and punctuality standards, adhering to timekeeping guidelines
  • Understand and follow all work rules and procedures, as well as the company's non-disclosure and confidentiality policies
  • Uphold the company's professional standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
  • Attend pertinent training sessions and company meetings as required
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 6-12 months of related experience and/or training in customer service or a similar field
  • Excellent customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This role is primarily located in an office environment with standard business hours, with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
