Healthcare Call Center Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Evaluate customer needs to provide effective solutions and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Patient Services initiatives.
- Record all interactions in the patient database and follow up on service requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience; healthcare experience is a plus.
- High school diploma, GED or higher required.
- Professional-level skills in computer use, including Microsoft Office, email, and web-based applications.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and excellent judgment.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
