We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Florida One Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs
- Process new applications, renewals, and other insurance-related tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
