Job Overview

Position: Inside Sales, Medical Market Specialist – Hybrid


Employment Type:

  • Full-Time
  • Non-exempt/Hourly
  • Standard workweek: Monday to Friday
  • Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Supervisory Duties: None


Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
  • Additional Earnings: Uncapped commission and bonus opportunities

Reporting Structure:

  • Reports to: Manager National, New Markets

Company Overview: InBody BWA is dedicated to collaborating with researchers and healthcare professionals to bridge gaps in patient care for enhanced health outcomes. Our innovative approach quantifies essential body metrics such as muscle, fat, mineral, and water content. We are proud to be the only bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) device validated by the Mayo Clinic at 98% accuracy compared to Dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA).


Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers and researchers in chronic disease management.
  • Clearly articulate and demonstrate InBody's technology to potential clients.
  • Implement sales strategies, achieving daily targets of 70 emails, 25 calls, and 10 new leads based on performance metrics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for InBody's professional Body Composition Analyzers.
  • Maintain detailed records of progress and outcomes using CRM tools.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office).
  • Bachelor's Degree required; preference for candidates with a background in medical or health sciences.
  • Completion and passing of internal product certification training (minimum passing score: 85%).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to plan long-term with minimal oversight.
  • Confidence coupled with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Advanced presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex information.
  • Ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent settings.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for business-related events.
