Retail Supervisor - Full Time

Cherie Amour Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Retail Supervisor to enhance our team. We are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, both online and in-store.

Our marketing efforts focus on empowering women through effective outreach, including social media engagement, email marketing, web design, and community events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively on the sales floor, ensuring effective merchandising, assisting customers, and maintaining store aesthetics.
  • Train and supervise part-time staff, overseeing their daily tasks.
  • Monitor team performance, identify training needs, and provide constructive feedback in a respectful manner.
  • Address customer and employee concerns promptly and respectfully, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-house events for the community.
  • Contribute to content creation for social media, web design, promotional emails, and video content.
  • Manage inventory, product flow, and shipments efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining the website's appearance and online merchandising through regular updates.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving success.
  • Work closely with the department manager to strategize and help the team meet key objectives and performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday during standard business hours.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred experience of 2+ years in retail, marketing, sales, or fashion.
  • Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in mentoring or training team members.
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Proven experience in managing difficult conversations or escalated issues.
  • Familiarity with creating content for various social media platforms and a keen understanding of fashion trends.
