Image Consultant - Sales

Cherie Amour Inc. is seeking an Image Consultant to enhance our sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while achieving or surpassing service and sales objectives.
  • Address objections and develop expertise in crafting customized packages to successfully close sales.
  • Quickly and effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Educate and empower our clients throughout their engagement with Cherie Amour.
  • Conduct marketing outreach through our customer engagement initiatives.
  • Escalate critical concerns to the relevant manager or supervisor for assistance.
  • Contribute to the growth of our Sales team by sharing insights and feedback gathered from client interactions.
  • Enhance customer trust and satisfaction by providing exceptional, personalized appointments.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in an office setting; sales experience is highly valued.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
