Image Specialist - Sales

Cherie Amour Inc. is in search of an Image Specialist to enhance our sales division. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional experience for our clients while achieving or surpassing service and sales objectives.
  • Address objections and become proficient in creating customized packages to finalize sales.
  • Promptly and effectively respond to and resolve customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Educate and empower our customers throughout their journey with Cherie Amour.
  • Conduct marketing outreach through our customer engagement initiatives.
  • Escalate critical matters to the relevant manager or supervisor for assistance.
  • Contribute to the development of our Sales team by sharing insights and feedback gained from direct client interactions.
  • Enhance customer trust and satisfaction by providing outstanding, personalized appointments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred 1+ years of experience in an office setting; sales experience is highly valued.
  • Effective time management and organizational capabilities.
