Key Responsibilities:

  • Refer critical matters to the appropriate manager or supervisor for assistance.
  • Contribute to the development of our Customer Service team by sharing insights and feedback gathered from client interactions.
  • Enhance customer trust and satisfaction by delivering outstanding, personalized support.
