Executive Sales Manager

The Executive Sales Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the showroom and sales team in the Dayton Metro Area. This key leadership role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by building and managing a strong sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and train a team of sales consultants to ensure a professional and customer-friendly environment at all times.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store and showroom are operational and in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to sales consultants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales consultants to ensure they are meeting sales targets and company expectations.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 5-7 years' experience in a retail sales or customer service environment.
- Skills: Proven sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and manage a team, and strong problem-solving skills.
