Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Immigration Law Specialist to join our Raleigh-based team. This exciting opportunity involves drafting correspondence and memoranda related to our immigration practice, collaborating with experienced immigration attorneys, and meeting government deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft correspondence and memoranda for our immigration practice.
  • Collaborate with immigration attorneys on special projects.
  • Translate complex information into clear and persuasive content.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
  • 4+ years of experience in a business immigration practice.
  • Excellent research and writing skills, with ability to translate complex information into clear and concise language.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is between $69,600 and $124,900, based on location and experience.
