Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at F.N.B. Corporation.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves communicating with customers to understand their current situation, researching products to match their needs, processing paperwork, and ensuring existing customer information is up-to-date.

The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Market existing business, determine premiums, prepare proposals, and quote insurance for cross-sell and upsell.
  2. Check new and renewal policies and endorsements for accuracy, monitor the renewal process by verifying all policies listed on the expiration list have been renewed, rewritten, or cancelled.
  3. Receive phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims, and changes to customer insurance programs.
  4. Maintain electronic or paper files in an orderly, up-to-date manner according to policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • A Property and Casualty License in the state of PA is required.
  • High School or GED education level is required.
  • A minimum of 1 year of job-related experience is required.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
