We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing the needs of residents, guests, and clients, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all.

  • Main Responsibilities:">
  • Provide warm and professional greetings to residents, guests, and clients">
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner">
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as required">
  • Monitor building security and ensure a safe environment for all">
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve conflicts and address concerns">

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
