About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at Back On My Feet as a Program Specialist/Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, volunteer engagement, and community outreach.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and engaging volunteers to support the Back on My Feet program.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with facility partners, referral partners, employment partners, and corporate partners.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the program in and around the Seattle area.
