About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development and Revenue Growth Manager to join our team at Loews Regency Hotel. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and building strong relationships with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from corporate travel clients
  • Built and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the corporate travel industry
  • Work closely with the hotel's revenue management team to create and implement promotions and sales-driven incentives
  • Promote Loews Regency Hotel as a premier destination for corporate events and meetings
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with the hotel's marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Strong relationships with corporate travel clients and industry stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
