National Accounts Project Manager

Thomas Sign and Awning, a leading national sign company, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting sales on multiple projects, from initial customer contact to final installation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide support to sales teams on multi-location projects.
- Manage projects from sale through completed installations.
- Communicate with customers and respond to inquiries or complaints regarding products and services.
- Track project status and communicate with customers and internal personnel.
- Serve as the interface with subcontract installers and service providers in remote locations.
- Coordinate problem resolution with appropriate departments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inform customers of standard procedures and status of problem solving as necessary.
- Knowledgeable of company policies, procedures, practices, products, and services.
- Experience in customer service and handling all communications in a highly professional manner.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes and procedures used on the job and assisting in the improvement of related company-wide processes.
- High level of communication skills with clear professional telephone voice.
- Experience in the sign industry or closely related field of manufacturing or construction.
- Computer skills, preferably Windows XP and MS Office including Access.
- Well organized and efficient.
- Assertive when appropriate.
- Familiar with all process steps in the design, construction, and installation of complete sign packages.
- Ability to analyze a variety of situations and effectively solve problems.
- Experienced in coordination of many projects simultaneously.
- Able to build solid partner relationships with customers and subcontractors on behalf of Thomas Sign Co.
