Job Title: National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at DRT Holdings, LLC. As a National Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key account sales activities and developing new business opportunities across our PREC facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and acquire strategic new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing new sales leads.
  • Manage key account sales activities, including customer plant responsibilities, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account management strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems and issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
