Key Responsibilities:


As a Geotechnical Project Engineer, you will oversee and implement geotechnical engineering services across various projects.

Your responsibilities will encompass subsurface investigations, slope stability assessments, and construction support services, all aimed at facilitating engineering efforts for infrastructure such as roadways, bridges, and buildings.

The ideal candidate will maintain regular communication with subcontractors and clients, assist in mentoring junior team members, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Plan, schedule, and manage geotechnical field investigations for projects of varying complexity.

Analyze and compile intricate geotechnical laboratory test results and field data.

Utilize sound geotechnical engineering principles to conduct analyses for shallow and deep foundations, slope stability, and settlement, providing recommendations for ground enhancement as necessary.

Effectively communicate geotechnical design and construction challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Prepare reports, draft proposals, and engage in marketing and business development activities.


Lead by example, actively supporting internal policies and practices related to health and safety, risk management, project management, and quality assurance.

Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.

Participate actively in professional organizations.

Qualifications:
You possess a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil or geotechnical engineering (with a focus on geotechnical engineering) from an accredited institution.

You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering.

You hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.
