We are seeking a skilled Technical Assistance Representative to join our team at General Dynamics. In this role, you will provide exceptional support via the telephone, chat, and/or email to our customers and/or technicians.

As a Help Desk Support Expert, you will be responsible for validating work requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to established standards. You will also prioritize and assign daily work/tasks based on remaining SLA times, priority tasking, and first-in, first-out.

The estimated salary for this position is $37.50 per hour, based on the location in USA MD Annapolis Junction. This figure is calculated considering the job description, required skills, and qualifications.
