Technical Support Manager

The St. John's College is seeking an experienced Technical Support Manager to lead our IT team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and support of desktop computers and other end-user technologies, as well as managing the Help Desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the deployment and support of desktop computers and other end-user technologies
- Manage the Help Desk operations, including staffing and training student workers
- Develop effective operating procedures and monitor Work Order system
- Collaborate with IT staff on technology planning efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience in desktop operating system, hardware, and application support and troubleshooting
- Experience working in a higher education environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Windows and MacOS operating systems, and MS Office
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
This is a full-time position with benefits.
