Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Content Moderation Rater to join our team. As a Content Moderation Rater, you will be responsible for assisting our community and resolving inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. You will also be required to become knowledgeable about our products and community standards, and make well-balanced decisions to ensure the effective advocacy of our community.
Responsibilities:- Assist our community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time
- Become and remain knowledgeable about products and community standards
- Make well-balanced decisions and personally driven to be an effective advocate for our community
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills, and most importantly empathy
- Display a strong bias to doing what's right for our community in support of our mission
- Impeccable communication, and writing skills
- General curiosity about how and why things work the way they do
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical concepts
- Ability to empathize with users and convey confidence through written interactions
- Well-versed in chat, and email etiquette, with a fine-tuned attention to detail
- Demonstrated skill using the Microsoft Office suite, with moderate-level expertise in Excel required
- High affinity and cultural awareness
- Adaptable to change
- High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, spelling, speaking)
- 1+ years of call center experience or equivalent
- Must work On-Site at New Braunfels Location
