Job Title: Bilingual Financial Customer Service RepresentativeWe are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients' customers, resolving complex financial issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve financial issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide education and support on digital self-service tools and online banking services.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to online banking, bill pay services, email, and chat applications.
- Proactively recommend services and solutions to improve customers' financial well-being.
- Maintain high performance levels in terms of time utilization, quality of work, and productivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or experience in technical support or troubleshooting online and mobile banking issues preferred.
- Previous customer service experience required; call center or banking experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of digital banking systems, including internet browsers and smartphone technology.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant software, including Microsoft Office, core systems, web browsers, and various other supporting applications.
- Digital acumen and technical support mentality.
- Critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Commitment to identifying customers' spoken and unspoken needs to successfully solve their issues.
- Self-motivated and self-managed.
- Ability to build collaborative and productive relationships across the organization.
- Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Continual learning and staying current on trends in the financial industry.
