Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role involves engaging in sales activities related to food processing equipment, particularly for rice-based products such as sushi, onigiri, and bento. The responsibilities include:

  • Addressing customer inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Conducting visits to potential clients and executing promotional sales activities.
  • Creating quotes and negotiating pricing with clients.
  • Demonstrating equipment in the showroom or at client locations, which may require handling heavy machinery.
  • Delivering equipment and providing operational training upon delivery.
  • Offering post-sale support to clients.
  • Participating in internal sales meetings.
  • Generating sales activity reports for management.
  • Preparing documentation for equipment shipments.
  • Assisting at trade shows and exhibitions.
