Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Territory Business Development Manager to join our team at OneBlood. This role is responsible for executing blood donor recruitment programs, managing the blood collection process, and meeting goals for assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve established goals in assigned territories.
  • Maintain effective relationships with donor drive chairpersons, internal clients, and community partners.
  • Schedule and manage blood drives to optimize business needs and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Represent OneBlood at community events and establish strong connections with local businesses and organizations.
  • Determine the most effective marketing strategies and promotional materials to meet goals within budget.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Prior sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record. Ability to use own vehicle for frequent travel.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present information effectively to various audiences.
  • Able to solve practical problems and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required to attend blood drives.
