**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Case Manager to join our team at United Placement Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new business cases, managing the business lifecycle, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of suitability requirements, industry standards, and licensing processes. With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, they will be able to work effectively with clients, agents, and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new life and annuity business, including scrubbing applications, ordering paramed/lab exams, and submitting applications to carriers
  • Manage the business lifecycle from initiation to finalization
  • Provide daily support to clients and agents, resolving issues and answering questions
  • Create and maintain relationships with carriers, case coordinators, and underwriters

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough understanding of suitability requirements and industry standards
  • Knowledge of licensing processes and proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

**Salary and Benefits:** We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, paid weekly, along with health, dental, vision, and life insurance after 90 days, holiday pay, PTO, vacation, and a 401K plan with company match.
