Job Summary:

The IT Analyst will provide support to internal staff and external vendor representatives by overseeing the submission and approval process for IT contracts, processing, approving, and ensuring accuracy for IT invoices. This role will also involve purchasing, tracking, and assisting with receiving IT capital requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee IT invoice processing and review vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Ensure invoices are processed correctly and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation and resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and issues related to billing.
• Validate accounting structure and analyze monthly IT costs for consistency and accuracy.
• Proactively handle internal customer requests and inquiries courteously and accurately.
• Maintain records of contract end dates and services, and communicate regularly with users and IT members regarding status and provisioning.

Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or minimum of five years' experience with IT contracting and billing reconciliation practices.
• 4-6 years of experience in IT administrative support, with demonstrated support experience and knowledge of IT hardware.
• Detail-oriented with focus on documenting and following defined procurement process.
