You will communicate with families about financial obligations, insurance eligibility, prior authorizations, and coordinate appeals for Medicare and other insurance claims. Additionally, you will provide guidance on Medicaid applications and educate on Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance coverage.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, and 2+ years of relevant experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in financial management, data management, and communication skills are essential for this role.
