Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary:
Capital Business Systems is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide support to ensure the smooth operation of our organization and success of our projects. This is a fully in-office position with set hours beginning promptly at 8am.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily administrative operations to enhance office efficiency.
* Assist in the preparation and distribution of regularly scheduled reports and documents.
* Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
* Act as a point of contact for internal coworkers.
* Support various departments by managing project timelines and deliverables.
* Organize and prioritize tasks to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
* Multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all assignments.
* Maintain knowledge of office management systems and procedures to enhance workflows.
* Provide team support by being cross-trained in transaction and data entry duties to assist other staff as needed with sales systems.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of relevant experience in an administrative/coordinator role or equivalent required.
* Hands-on experience with CRM software preferred.
* High school diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
* Competent with the use of office equipment (copier, printer, phone, etc.)
* Proficient in technology and computer programs (Microsoft Office, etc.)
* Exceptional interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Highly efficient in managing time, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Able to accurately enter and interpret data for reporting.
