The Senior Technology Program Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, software engineers, and authentication specialists to transition an Identity Governance Administration platform. This role will involve engaging with various application owners to facilitate the migration process to the new system. The Program Manager will work under the guidance of a senior Program Manager.

• Provide leadership to workstream leads and stakeholders, applying conflict resolution skills to address project issues as they arise.


• Manage project risks, create mitigation strategies, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.


• Conduct weekly status reporting alongside daily progress updates.


• Collaborate with peers to establish and drive goals, define technical specifications, and create detailed implementation plans for projects.


• Effectively leverage skills to influence project decisions.
