The Program Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, software engineers, and authentication specialists to transition an Identity Governance Administration platform. The individual will engage with application owners to facilitate the migration process to the new system, receiving direction from a senior Program Manager.

• Manage project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.

• Conduct weekly status reports along with daily progress updates.

• Collaborate with peers to establish and pursue goals, define technical specifications, and create detailed implementation plans.

• Effectively utilize skills to influence project decisions.

• Coordinate complex planning activities and optimize resource utilization.
