Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing compelling ad campaigns across various digital platforms, including PPC, display ads, social media, email campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Targeted Ad Campaigns: Create and implement targeted ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to reach specific audience segments and achieve client objectives.
- Monitor and Optimize Ad Performance: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) to improve campaign effectiveness and drive ROI.
- Conduct Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-volume, low-competition keywords for PPC campaigns, ensuring optimal ad visibility and targeting.
- Write Compelling Ad Copy: Write engaging ad copy and create compelling visuals that resonate with target audiences, drive clicks, and encourage conversions.
- Implement A/B Tests: Implement A/B tests for ad creatives, targeting, placements, and landing pages to gather insights and refine strategies.
- Manage Ad Budgets: Effectively manage ad budgets across multiple campaigns, allocating funds strategically to maximize ROI within budget constraints.
- Utilize Audience Segmentation: Utilize audience segmentation techniques to create customized ad campaigns for different segments, optimizing ad relevance and engagement.
- Determine Ad Placement Options: Determine effective ad placement options based on audience behavior and platform features to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.
- Develop Retargeting Campaigns: Develop and implement retargeting campaigns to re-engage website visitors and previous customers, driving conversions and increasing brand loyalty.
- Generate Regular Reports: Generate regular reports on ad campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, updates, and best practices, incorporating new insights into campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members (designers, content creators, account managers) to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts across all channels.
- Experiment with New Advertising Platforms: Experiment with new advertising platforms, features, and ad formats to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation.
- Conduct Comprehensive ROI Analysis: Conduct comprehensive ROI analysis for ad campaigns, evaluating cost-effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for future investments and optimizations.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a proven track record of driving results and optimizing performance.
- Hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data, interpret performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to drive ROI.
- Experience in communicating campaign performance, recommendations, and strategy updates to clients in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Meta Business Suite, including Ads Manager.
