Your Role
The Lead Supply Chain Strategist will report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager within our Household division. This position is crucial for managing and refining the comprehensive supply chain process to guarantee product availability in alignment with customer demand while optimizing costs and upholding superior service levels.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMO, Procurement, Vendors, 3PL, Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance to achieve performance objectives.
- Partner with KIK facilities and suppliers to ensure sufficient stock levels of raw materials and finished products are maintained to meet production needs and customer requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction while minimizing disruptions to production schedules due to raw material shortages.
- Oversee projects aimed at modifying production lines, including product discontinuations, changes, or new product launches.
- Conduct safety stock assessments to establish optimal inventory levels.
- Foster effective communication with Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, Suppliers, and Vendors to enhance customer service while managing inventory efficiently.
- Take ownership of the allocation process in the event of supply or service disruptions.
- Manage planning and inventory control master data parameters.
- Execute forecasting and data analysis on current and incoming inventory, predicting potential stock-out occurrences.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and propose actionable solutions.
- Handle ad-hoc analytical tasks as required.
- Evaluate and manage the disposition of surplus and obsolete inventory.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing, or a related field.
- APICS/CPIM certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change.
- Familiarity with ERP Systems; experience with JD Edwards is advantageous.
