Administrative Assistant Opportunity

CARSTAR Roberts Collision is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the team. The successful candidate will work closely with the shop's owner and bookkeeper to complete various projects, including:

  • Managing OEM certifications, training, and audits
  • Coordinating I-Car online classes and hands-on training
  • Purchasing and procurement
  • Auditing and closing E-files
  • Assisting the AP Clerk
  • Distributing incoming mail
  • Filing and record-keeping

This is a Monday-to-Friday, 8AM-to-5PM position with a competitive hourly rate of $23-$25. CARSTAR Roberts Collision offers a comprehensive benefits package, including PTO and health insurance.
