Program Coordinator

As a Program Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the administrative aspects of our CalAIM programs are accurate and organized.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring all administrative aspects of CalAIM programs are accurate and organized.
- Entering new clients into electronic health records.
- Running reports as requested by managers.
- Entering purchase of service requests in electronic health records and accounting systems.
- Maintaining waiver program waitlists and quarterly reports.
- Purchasing office supplies for the program with manager approval.
- Processing invoices and collaborating with the accounting team.
- Participating in chart reviews and audit preparation as applicable.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
- Experience with Spreadsheets and Pivot Tables, with EMR experience a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidential clerical and administrative support.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Organizational, honest, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and support the mission, vision, and values of Institute on Aging.
- Demonstrated interest in working within a multicultural environment and social services field.
