As a Program Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the administrative aspects of our CalAIM programs are accurate and organized.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all administrative aspects of CalAIM programs are accurate and organized.
  • Entering new clients into electronic health records.
  • Running reports as requested by managers.
  • Entering purchase of service requests in electronic health records and accounting systems.
  • Maintaining waiver program waitlists and quarterly reports.
  • Purchasing office supplies for the program with manager approval.
  • Processing invoices and collaborating with the accounting team.
  • Participating in chart reviews and audit preparation as applicable.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook.
  • Experience with Spreadsheets and Pivot Tables, with EMR experience a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidential clerical and administrative support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Organizational, honest, dependable, and able to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and support the mission, vision, and values of Institute on Aging.
  • Demonstrated interest in working within a multicultural environment and social services field.
